留学生と一緒にアメリカの文化を楽しみました！ 沢山の参加者のみなさんと国際交流できました！ 12/19に津田塾大学小平キャンパスでHoliday Partyを開催しました！！ アメリカ出身の留学生から、アメリカのHoliday Cultureについてプレゼンしてもらい、みんなでアメリカの文化に親しむことができました！！🇺🇸 参加者の皆さんと一緒に、アメリカの文化であるHoliday Cardの手作り体験、ビンゴゲーム、おいしいお菓子を楽しみながら、様々な国出身の留学生と国際交流できました！😊✨ これからも様々なイベントを計画・実施していきますので、ぜひご参加ください！ On December 19th, Unlimited hosted a Holiday Party at Tsuda University in Kodaira, Tokyo! An international student from the US had a special presentation about American Holiday Culture for us and we experienced it by making Holiday Cards!!🇺🇸 We also had a wonderful time enjoying Bingo Game, snacks, and great conversations with International students from various countries!😊✨ We’re planning next fun event! 5団体合同ミーティングを開催しました！ 海を超えてJCWの学生団体の輪が広がっています！ PAW(SA): University of Texas at Dallas Unlimited: 津田塾大学 Texas A&M University-commerce JSA: University of North Texas JCW 以上５つの団体が集まり、英語で合同ミーティングを行いました。 それぞれの団体・大学が活動内容を発表し、その後ディスカッションを行いました。私たちがやったことのない企画を沢山実施していて、とても刺激を受けました。 当初はUnlimitedとPAW(SA)のみでやる予定でしたが、さらに３つの団体が加わり、とても濃い1時間になりました。今後もこのようなイベントを開催できたらと思っています。 (English follows) PAW(SA): University of Texas at Dallas Unlimited: Tsuda University Texas A&M Commerce JSA: University of North Texas JCW On April 13th, these five groups collaborated to hold a successful student-led virtual meeting. During the first part of the event, we presented about our universities and organization activities. Then, we held a free-talk to get to know everyone better. Overall, it was an incredible experience that helped us gain new ideas and perspectives! While the event began with just Unlimited and PAW(SA), we were happy to see it grow with even more participants. Hopefully, we can hold even more collaborations in the future.

ピクニックパーティーを開催しました！ ピクニックパーティー参加者のみなさん 4月27日にピクニックパーティーを開催しました!公園を散歩したり、ミニゲームをしたりと、とても楽しく充実した時を過ごしました。今回は、留学生を含むイベントにて比較的大人数で開催出来たので、とても嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました！またのイベントでお会いしましょう。 We hosted a picnic party on April 27th! We had such a fun and fulfilling time walking in the park and playing games. It was exciting to see a large number of international students participated in our event - thank you very much! Looking forward to seeing you all at the next event.

沢山の方へ活動の様子を紹介できました！ 準備から当日運営までメンバーで協力して大成功させることができました！ English will follow 10月19日と20日の2日間に渡り第65回津田塾祭にブースを出展しました！ 昨年に続き、活動紹介を行ったほか、今年は留学やジェンダーに関するクイズも実施しました！ 高校生や地域の方を含め、多くの方とお話し、私たちの活動に関して客観的な意見をいただくことができました。 ご来場いただきありがとうございました！ We participated in Tsuda Festival on October 19th and 20th (JST). This year we held quizzes related to studying abroad and gender issues in addition to the introduction of our activities as last year. We had the opportunity to talk with many people, including high school students and local community members, and received objective feedback about our activities. Thank you for coming!!

JCW 7th Anniversary-Fundraising Party (Mar 22, 2025) 来場者と一緒に写真撮影 (Photo taken with visitors) JCWダラススタッフ(JCW Dallas Staff Members) JCW学生支部PAW（SA)メンバーを含む若者グループ (JCW Student Branch members) 2025年3月22日、JCW設立7周年を記念し、テキサス州プレーノのコーヒーショップ Mudleaf Coffee  にてファンドレージングパーティーを開催しました。 イベント開始とともに、JCWの学生支部であるPAW(SA)のメンバーたち—北テキサス大学（UNT）やテキサス大学ダラス校（UTD）の学生たち—が集まり、会場は一気に若者のエネルギーに満ちあふれました。 その後も、これまでJCWのイベントにご参加くださった皆さま、日頃から私たちの活動を応援してくださっている方々、そして今回初めてお越しくださった方々など、多くの方々にご来場いただきました。 当日は、Mudleaf Coffee様から注文したコーヒーやアイスティー、サンドイッチ類に加え、今回はなんと Tiff's Treats  様よりチョコレートチップクッキーのご寄付をいただきました！温かいお飲み物とおいしい軽食を囲みながら、JCWスタッフもご来場の皆さまとともに、土曜の午後のひとときを楽しく過ごすことができました。 今回のイベントの開催にあたり、ご協力いただいた皆さま、そしてご来場いただいた皆さま、本当にありがとうございました。 また、アニバーサリーイベントの会場をご提供いただいた Mudleaf Coffee  様、そしてご厚意でクッキーをご提供くださった Tiff's Treats  様に、心より感謝申し上げます。 Mudleaf Coffee 3100 Independence Pkway, #300 Plano, TX 75075 Tiff's Treats 5760 State Hwy 121 Plano, TX 75024 On March 22, 2025, we hosted a fundraising party at Mudleaf Coffee  in Plano, Texas, to celebrate the 7th anniversary of JCW. As the event kicked off, members of PAW(SA)—our student chapter—arrived, including students from the University of North Texas (UNT) and the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD). Their presence immediately filled the venue with youthful energy and enthusiasm. Throughout the afternoon, more guests arrived: familiar faces who have supported JCW events in the past, long-time supporters of our activities, and even some first-time attendees. We were thrilled to reconnect with old friends and meet new ones. Guests enjoyed coffee, iced tea, and sandwiches from Mudleaf Coffee . Additionally, thanks to the generous support of Tiff's Treats , we were delighted to offer delicious chocolate chip cookies to everyone. It was a wonderful way to share a relaxing Saturday afternoon together. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined us and supported this event. A special thank you goes to Mudleaf Coffee  for allowing us to use their beautiful space and to Tiff's Treats  for their kind donation of sweets. 国連で国際的に活躍する卒業生からお話を伺いました！ とても貴重なお話を伺うことができました！ English will follow 3月18日、荊尾遥さんをお招きして、オンラインインタビュー企画を行いました📝 荊尾さんは津田塾の国際関係学科の卒業生であり、国際的に活躍なさっています。 学生時代や国連インターンのこと、卒業後のお仕事までたくさんのことをお話ししてくださいました📚 常に目標をもってそこに向かって懸命に取り組む姿が印象的でしたし、私も荊尾さんのようにやりたいことに向かって進んでいきたいと思いました💪 ご参加くださった方々、ありがとうございました😊 次回のイベントもぜひ楽しみにしていてください🌟 March 18, we invited Ms. Haruka Katarao and interviewed to her📝 She graduated from Tsuda university, department of international relations, and she has worked internationally. She talked a lot about her time as a student, her UN internship, and even her job after graduation 📚 I was impressed by the way she always had a goal and worked hard to achieve it, and I hope I can do as well as she did 💪. 2025年3月15日。おかげさまでJCWは7周年を迎えることになりました。設立当初は「ダラスで働く日本人女性を応援したい」というローカルな思いで運営を開始しましたが、皆様の温かいご支援のおかげで、ダラスから他州へ、日本へ、そして世界へと、グローバルに視野を広げて活動を進めています。現在では、JCWのメーリングリスト登録人数が810名、登録国20か国という規模まで成長することができました。これも一重に皆様のおかげです。アメリカ、日本、そして世界で活躍する一人でも多くの日本人女性を支援するためにこれからも邁進して参りますので、今後ともご支援のほど宜しくお願い申し上げます。 Thanks to your support, JCW will celebrate its 7th anniversary on March 15th, 2025. Thanks to your warm support, we have been able to expand our activities from Dallas to other states, to Japan, and to the world with a global perspective. Today, JCW's mailing list has grown to a scale of 810 registered members and 20 registered countries. 国際女性デーに向けて International Women's Day 3月8日は「 国際女性デー 」です。 1975年に国連によって制定され、社会に貢献してきた女性たちの勇気と決断を称える日とされています。一部の地域では、感謝の気持ちを込めてミモザの花を贈る風習もあります。 2025年国際女性デーのテーマは「Accelerate Action（行動を加速させよう）」です。 私たちは力を合わせることで、ジェンダー平等に向けた行動を加速させることができます。 このテーマに焦点を当てることで、ジェンダー平等の実現に向けた迅速で決断力のある行動の重要性を強調しています。 私たち一人ひとりの力を結集し、行動を加速させ、世界の進歩を加速させましょう！ March 8th marks International Women's Day, established by the United Nations in 1975 to honor the courage and determination of women who have contributed to society. In some regions, it is customary to give mimosa flowers as a gesture of appreciation. The theme for International Women's Day 2025 is "Accelerate Action." By coming together, we can accelerate action toward achieving gender equality. This theme highlights the urgency and importance of taking swift and decisive steps to advance gender equality. Let’s unite our efforts, accelerate action, and drive progress forward worldwide!

Special Panel Speaker Event (Feb 16, 2025) しのぶさんを囲んで記念写真 アメリカ時間の2月16日にJCWデンバー支部では、人気シリーズ「キャリアコンファレンス」をパワーアップしたイベントを開催しました。 これまでにパネリストとしてお話を聞かせていただいた、コロラドで活躍される日本人女性五名をお迎えし、さらにヒューストンからフィリップスしのぶさんを進行役としてお迎えしました。 しのぶさんは、「毒アメ」のYouTube/Podcastホストとして有名で、30名ほどの参加者の中に、彼女のファンも多く参加されました。 お話上手なしのぶさんのおかげで、勉強になる話だけではなく、たくさんの笑い、笑顔も溢れる会となりました。 今後もこのような、コラボ企画を開催できれば嬉しいです。 On February 16, JCW-Denver hosted an enhanced version of their popular "Career Panel" series. This time, they welcomed Shinobu Phillips, a well-known YouTuber and podcaster from Houston, as the host, with some of her fans also in attendance. Five panelists sat in front of nearly 30 guests to discuss topics such as work-life balance, their careers, family, and how they manage it all. Thanks to Shinobu's lively energy, the audience became highly engaged, making for a fun and interactive event. We look forward to hosting more collaborative events like this in the future!
