A guided tea tasting experience that explores the rich aromas and flavors of Chinese tea (Feb 21 2026)

米国時間の2月21日に「中国茶の魅力を知ろう」イベントをTexas州Frisco市で開催しました。主催会場のGreenova Tea様のご厚意により、和やかな雰囲気の中で、中国茶の基礎知識や種類の違いについてレクチャーを受けました。

4種類のお茶を試飲し、それぞれに合わせたお茶菓子とのペアリングも体験。

茶葉の種類やお湯の温度に応じて「味や香りの違いがよく分かった」「組み合わせが新鮮で楽しい」といった声が寄せられました。お茶を囲んで自然と会話も弾み、学びと交流のひとときとなりました。ご参加いただいた皆さま、ありがとうございました！

On February 21st, JCW hosted an event, “Discover the Charm of Chinese Tea" at Greenova, located in Frisco, Tecas. Thanks to the generous support of Greenova, we were able to enjoy a warm and welcoming atmosphere while learning about the basics of Chinese tea. 

Participants sampled 4 different teas and experienced thoughtful pairings with complementary sweets. We were able to taste and appreciate the differences in flavor and aroma depending on the type of tea leaves and water temperature.  Thank you for joining our event, we had a great time together!
