米国時間の4月23日、少人数制のオンラインキャリア勉強会「Lean In JCW Circle」を開催しました。

今回のテーマは「4 ways to be an ally to other women（他の女性たちの味方になる4つの方法）」。

多様な価値観を尊重し合いながら、女性たちが安心して活躍できる社会をつくるにはどうすればよいのか。グループディスカッションや個別ワークを通じて、「アライ（Ally）」として互いにどのように支え合えるかを深く掘り下げました。

On April 23 (U.S. time), we hosted our small-group online career session, Lean In JCW Circle.

This month’s theme was:“4 Ways to Be an Ally to Other Women.”

How can we create a society where women can thrive with confidence, while embracing diverse values and perspectives? Through group discussions and individual exercises, participants explored what it truly means to support one another as an ally.

What is Lean In JCW Circle?

JCW hosts a small-group online career session every three months—free of charge and open to everyone.

Whether you are:

• currently working,

• taking a career break,

• a student preparing to enter the workforce,
