留学生と一緒にハロウィンパーティーを楽しみました！ みんなでハロウィンの仮装や飾り付けもしました！ English will follow 10/24に津田塾大学小平キャンパスにて、ハロウィンパーティーを開催しました！！ 参加者の皆さんと一緒に仮装をして、ゲームやリクリエーションを楽しんだり、美味しいお菓子を食べながらお話をしたりと、とても素敵な時間となりました！ アメリカ、イギリス、ベトナムからの留学生と一緒に、日本での暮らしや好きな日本食、留学生の国の文化についてお話して、国際交流の促進や新しい交友関係づくりの機会を提供することができ、とても有意義なイベントなりました！ これからも様々なイベントを計画・実施していけるよう、メンバーで協力して頑張りたいと思います！ On October 24th, Unlimited hosted a Halloween Party at Tsuda University in Kodaira, Tokyo! We had a wonderful time enjoying Halloween costumes, fun games, snacks, and great conversations. International students from the US, UK, and Vietnam also joined the party, and we talked about their lives in Japan, their favorite Japanese foods, and the cultures of their home countries. The event was a fantastic opportunity for international exchange and making new friends. We look forward to planning and hosting many more events with our great teamwork! お菓子やゲームを楽しみながら沢山お話し、素敵な国際交流の機会を作ることが できました！

沢山の学びや発見を得ることができました！ 様々な団体のブースがあり、とても盛り上がっていました！ 9月29日にGlobal Festa Japanに参加しました！ 各国の大使館やJICA協力隊など約200団体がブースを出展しており、様々な分野や業種のお話を聞くことができ、勉強になりました。 北朝鮮から脱北した方のお話やアフリカで学校を経営している方のお話など、刺激的な出会いも沢山ありました！ 大学の団体も出展できるので、来年はUnlimitedも出展者側にも挑戦できるよう、活動の幅を広げて行きたいと思います！ On September 29th, We participated in Global Festa Japan! About 200 organizations, including embassies from various countries and JICA volunteers had booths, and we were able to learn a lot by listening to talks from various fields and industries. There were also many inspiring encounters, such as hearing from a woman who escaped from North Korea and a person running a school in Africa. University organizations can also exhibit, so we’d like to take on the challenge of participating as an exhibitor next year!

ガールスカウト" Community Action Challenge 100アワード" に選出いただきました！ 日頃の応援やご協力、ありがとうございます！ ガールスカウト日本連盟が主催する"コミュニティアクションチャレンジ100アワード"のファイナリストとして、Unlimitedが選出されました！！  留学や就職など、海外で活躍することに関心のある日本人女子学生のエンパワメントをテーマに、Unlimitedメンバーが活動を紹介するプレゼンを行い、審査員の方々からは「ぜひ素晴らしい活動を続けていってほしい」とのお褒めのお言葉をいただくことができました。 Unlimitedでは海外に関心を持つ学生が協力し、実際に海外で働く方のお話を聞く会や英語日本語会話イベント、留学生との交流会などを実施しています。 これからも、女子学生が海外で活躍しやすい環境の実現を目指して、様々な活動を企画していきたいと思います! イベントへのご参加、ご協力、応援をよろしくお願いします! ーーーーーーーーーーーー Unlimited was selected as one of the award finalists by Community Action Challenge 100 awards, sponsored by the Girl Scouts of Japan!  The team presenters gave a presentation with the theme of empowerment of Japanese female students who are interested in being active abroad and introduced our activities. The adjudicators praised us and said "Please continue wonderful activities.''  Unlimited members held many events to listen to people working abroad, to language exchange, and to communicate with international students. We'll continue our activities to achieve the society where female students are active around the world! Please join our events and we appreciate your cooperation!

初めて＆久しぶりに会って楽しくお話できました！ とても盛り上がりました！ 夏休みが終わる頃、Unlimitedのメンバーでランチに行きました！ Unlimitedは現在、1年生から4年生まで、学芸学部、総合政策学部と異なるメンバーが在籍しており、今回のランチ会では普段は会えないメンバーとやっと対面で合うことができました。 出身地やアルバイトのことなどプライベートのことを話したり、留学帰りのメンバーが自身の体験を共有したりと楽しくわいわいと食べ放題の90分があっという間に過ぎていきました！ 今回、来られなかったメンバーも多いので、またご飯会をやりましょうね～！ Unlimitedは、今後も楽しく活動していきます！ 有意義で楽しんでいただけるイベントも開催予定ですので、皆さん引き続きフォローをよろしくお願いします！ During summer vacation, we went to lunch together! Unlimited currently has different members from freshmen to seniors, from the College of Liberal Arts or Policy Studies. We were happy to meet face-to-face with members finally. We talked about private personal lives and study abroad experiences during the lunch time - the time has flown by so quickly!  Let's organize another lunch gathering event soon to know each other! 3大学合同イベント「Language Exchange Free Talk Event」を開催しました！ アメリカと日本から参加した学生が楽しくお話しました！ 日本時間7/21、アメリカ時間7/20に“Language Exchange Free Talk Event" を開催しました！ 津田塾大学・テキサス大学・カンザス大学の3大学合同で5回目の開催でした。 アメリカと日本から大学生が集まり、”夏休み（summer vacation）”をトピックに日本語と英語でお話することができました。 夏休みの旅行の計画だけでなく、趣味や好きなものについて紹介し合い、文化交流ができてとても楽しい時間となりました！ 参加者のみなさん、ありがとうございました！ 次の機会もぜひご参加ください！！ Language Exchange Free Talk Event!  On July 20th (CDT) / July 21st (JPT), we hosted the “Language Exchange Free Talk Event!" This was a collaborative event by 3 universities (Tsuda University / University of Texas at Dallas / University of Kansas). Students from the US and Japan joined and enjoyed talking in Japanese and English with the topic of "Summer vacation（夏休み）” It was fun to introduce not only summer vacation plans but also hobbies and favorite things and to have cultural exchange. 日米トヨタでご活躍の方からお話を伺いました！ とても貴重なお話を伺うことができました！ ８月２０日に、第2回パネルディスカッションを開催しました！ 今回は、トヨタでご活躍中の2名（日本勤務1名・アメリカ勤務1名）をお招きしてワークライフバランスについてのお話をお伺いすることができました。 学生にとって、実際に社会でご活躍されている方のお話は大変興味深く、沢山の刺激を受けました。 仕事と私生活の両立の仕方や勤務先でのワークライフバランスを実現させるための制度といった話だけではなく、仕事を探す際に大切にしている判断基準や大学時代にしておくべきと感じたこと等、これから社会人になるにあたって大変勉強になるお話も伺うことができました。 パネリストの方、参加者の皆さん、ありがとうございました！ Unlimitedでは、すべての日本人女子学生が自分らしく世界で輝くためにを活動理念としてこれからも多くのイベント・活動を行っていく予定です！ InstagramやXで発信していきますので、その際は是非ご参加ください！ On August 20, we held the second panel discussion! This time, we invited two panelists who are working for Toyota (one in Japan and one in the U.S.) to talk about work-life balance. For the students, it was very interesting and inspiring to hear from panelists who are actually working in society. We talked not only about how to balance work and private life and the systems to achieve work-life balance at their workplace but also about what criteria they consider important when looking for a job and what they felt they should have done during their university years. It will be very instructive for us as we enter the workforce. Thank you to all the panelists and participants! At Unlimited, we will host many events and activities in the future with the philosophy that all Japanese female students can shine in the world in their own way! Unlimitedが設立して2周年を迎えました！ 日々サポートしていただきありがとうございます 本日、7月19日をもってUnlimited は2周年を迎えました！ Unlimitedは2022年、将来社会で活躍する女子学生とともに活動し支援するためにJCWの学生支部として設立されました。 この二年間で、津田塾大学学園祭へは二年続けて参加し、留学生との交流会を主催、JICA職員の方にお話を伺うなど、たくさんの活動を重ねてきました。 皆様のサポートによって私たちはこれまで活動を続けてこられました。本当にありがとうございます。 今後は新しいメンバーも迎え、JCWの方へのインタビューやOGとのパネルディスカッションの企画など、さらに活発に活動していきます。これからも暖かいサポートをよろしくお願いします！ Today, July 19, Unlimited celebrates its second anniversary! Unlimited was founded in 2022 as a student chapter of JCW to work together with and support female students who will be active in society in the future. In the past two years, we have participated in the Tsuda University Festival for two years in a row, hosted exchange meetings with international students, and had a talk session with JICA officials. It is with your support that we have been able to continue our activities. We sincerely thank you for supporting. New members joining us, we will continue to be even more active in the future. We are planning to interview JCW members, and organize panel discussions with Alumni. Please keep supporting us!
